Jeromie and Marisa are awesome hosts! They are super friendly and respond so quickly to the messages I sent. Plus whenever I had questions they were very helpful. Definitely will return again to this house or one of their others. The house was absolutely beautiful and made it feel like a second home. Thank you to both of you guys for being such great hosts.

For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure of staying at a property managed by Marisa and Jeromie, you are missing out. This is the 4th time I’ve stayed at one of their properties. I keep going back for the cleanliness, amenities, and proactive communication. I honestly cannot wait to return to SWFL and stay at another one of their fabulous rental properties. I stayed here with a group of my friends and we all had a great time!! The house was exactly as advertised very clean, comfortable furniture and beds, and just like the photos. The hosts are awesome!! They provided very clear instructions for check-in and check-out as well as throughout our stay, which made everything super easy. They were also very responsive and easy to contact whenever we had questions. In addition, the house is conveniently located close to a couple different grocery stores and fort myers beach. Overall it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, I would definitely recommend!!

Highly recommend this rental property in Fort Myers. The rental description and amenities were transparent and clear. The home is located on a dead end street in a quiet neighborhood. My pre teens appreciated twin beds instead of bunk bed style lodging. The home was perfect for winding down after a day in the sand and sun. We would rent this home again!

Jeromies place is exactly as described and EVEN BETTER! Such cool beach house vibes. My family and I stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and were very comfortable about to house 5 adults and one child. Perfect proximity to Ft. Myers Beach/Sanibel Island/Captiva while also being not too far from downtown Ft. Myers. We will definitely look to rebook here next time we visit the area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The Beach Shack was clean, comfortable, well-decorated, and included everything we could ever need. Jeromie and Marisa were very kind and helpful in their communications. I’d recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a fabulous 2-night stay at the Boathouse! We were extremely impressed with the friendly welcoming touches like the beach scenes on the tvs and the fresh fragrance. It was so nice to open the door to such a beautifully decorated and organized home … so refreshing and relaxing after a long drive or a long day of activities. The home was sparkling clean and the spaces were exactly as described. The Boathouse was on a nice quiet street, but also convenient to many amenities, like the Key West Ferry, and great restaurants. Our hosts, Jeromie and Marisa, were very friendly, attentive and responsive and communicated all information very clearly. We are very thankful for their kindness and generosity and would highly recommend a stay at the Boathouse.

I grew up in Cape Coral and travel back to visit family often. I could not be happier with Jeromie's peaceful oasis. Super comfortable bed, adorable decorations, excellent host communication and the perfect location! We were so happy with our stay we extended it a day!! We really appreciate hosts that permit dogs, especially without additional fees. Zoë thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in your sunroom :) We look forward to many future stays ~
