While we are pet friendly, we do not allow dogs in the pool. Absolutely no parties or smoking inside! Please do NOT take pool noodles or other toys to the beach. They are for the pool only. (The bacteria from the gulf is not treatable with chlorine and can cause black algae to spread)

"Feelin' Beachy" is located on a quiet street with Neighbours to each side and behind the home. Cape Coral has a noise ordinance at 10:00PM and being respectful of our community and neighbors is very important to us.
Guest Access
"Feelin' Beachy" is a family friendly home which has a large circular driveway with a 3 to 4 car parking. You can easily Uber to all Restaurants and Bars, located only minutes from the house. If you'd like to rent Bicycles, there is a local Bike Rental Company that will happily deliver Bicycles right to the house for you, your family and guests.
