"Feelin' Beachy" is located on a quiet street with Neighbours to each side and behind the home. Cape Coral has a noise ordinance at 10:00PM and being respectful of our community and neighbors is very important to us.
Guest Access
"Feelin' Beachy" home has a large circular driveway with a 3 to 4 car parking. You can easily Uber to all Restaurants and Bars, located minutes from the house. If you'd like to rent Bicycles, there is a local Bike Rental Company that will happily deliver Bicycles right to the house for you, your family and guests.

This is a very wonderful place to stay, you get the comfort of home but feel like you are at the beach at the same time. It is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, and very well stocked. We had an emergency with a previous place we booked 2 days into our 8 day trip and they were absolutely fantastic with helping us with new accommodations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a host! We look forward to future trips and booking with them again! Thank you again for being so awesome!

I don’t know where to start, I’ve been to this place before and went again because it feels like I am at Home, I love cooking, swimming, resting, watching tv, walking… there are restaurants nearby, markets, everything you need is close by, the people are very friendly and the neighborhood is respectful. It is one of the places that we will definitely repeat again and of course, the Hosts Jeromie and Marisa, they respond you very quickly in all your needs and are very attentive. Thanks for all you do❤️

Our little family truly had a great time. Our 3 yr old son loved hanging out in the pool with us. The house was stocked with the essentials you could need for a short trip away and the beds were very comfortable especially after spending most of our day in the pool. We really liked how cozy the home felt and that just made everything extra special. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We hope to be back one day.

We stumbled upon this listing while the air bnb we were residing at had a broken A/C. With an infant and dog , we needed to find a new air bnb and quick ! Jeromie & Marisa responded to us within minutes of our inquiry and allowed us early check in an hour from our inquiry . Their home was welcoming and felt like home. They checked in on us after check in to assure we didn’t need anything . We will be rebooking when we come back!!

This property is well maintained with pool and lawn services. The home is the best equipped one we have ever stayed in and we have travelled extensively. We really appreciated how quickly Jeromie responded and resolved any issue we had during our month long stay. It is exactly as described and pictured. Access was seamless as was departure. We enjoyed the fantastic pool and the ping pong table. It has everything you need for a fabulous vacation and we are so grateful to Jeromie and Marissa.

Our stay at Feeling Beachy was wonderful. The house was exactly as pictured, if not better. It was very clean and comfortable.
We loved the outside sitting area with the TV, and the pool was generously heated.
The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed.
Marissa was quick to respond to any questions we had, and everything was handled professionally.
We would definitely recommend staying here. The house is beautiful and it was a great , relaxing stay.

We spent the month of January 2025 in this wonderful house. In summary, everything, from start to finish, was amazing.
The house/property is exactly as pictured and described. The backyard is uber private, beautifully landscaped, fully fenced and the pool was always warm and clean. We enjoyed many nights outside in the lanai watching tv in the warmth! The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and so close to all of the restaurants in DT Cape Coral. The neighbours were also so lovely, as was the gentleman who comes weekly to clean the pool.
The house is nicely laid out, with the primary bedroom (that has ensuite) on the opposite side of the house to the other two bedrooms and bathroom. The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are top notch.
As you can see from the pictures, the decor inside the house is beachy! Very beautifully decorated for a vacation home.
Finally, Marisa and Jeromie were dream hosts. They were so kind, helpful and responsive!

This was our first trip to Florida, and our stay here did not disappoint. The first day we arrived, every other sentence out of our kids’ mouths was “This is so nice!!”. And it was. This was the perfect home away from home for this family of 5.

What a find! We were visiting the Ft. Myers area to watch our grandson play in the state baseball championship. We usually stay in Ft. Myers but decided to look in Cape Coral this time. We are so glad we found this amazing house.
The location was perfect for us - less than 15 minutes to the field but the real bonus was the house. It is so clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. So much attention was paid to the details that make a stay more comfortable. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. The property is immaculately maintained and the landscaping is lovely. Jumping into that sparkling pool after a hot day at the field was wonderful.
The guestview guide was a nice feature. It makes checking in and out so easy. It provides suggestions for local attractions and restaurants, as well as providing instructions for check out.
The hosts were pleasant and so accommodating. Communication was easy. We will definitely be back.

This place is not just a place to stay. It’s an experience. A perfect example of hospitality at its best! Very clean, cozy, and comfortable.
No detail was overlooked by the hosts. The house has separate areas so you have a different experience in each. The kitchen is fully loaded for cooking, grilling, etc. The bedrooms all have tvs plus another in the living room and lanai. 3 areas to eat including out by the pool. 5 areas to sit and read or chat and a lovely little nook for sunning. We tried a new area each day. The game room has a ping pong table, and a tv (to watch YouTube and learn how to play! lol). The pool area alone makes this rental fantastic. It’s the perfect place to getaway and relax. We never even left the house we loved it so much. This rental outperforms many hotels in comfort and hospitality.
