Good to know

The house has 2 King Primary bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. Also two queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One full bathroom in common area. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms total. There are TV's in both king primary bedrooms, one queen bedroom, as well as a 75" TV in the main living area. There is also a TV in the outdoor seating area next to the pool. The pool is a heated salt water pool, large enough to accommodate all guests. Beach towels and sun loungers are provided for pool area use. There is also a tiki bar and outdoor dining area. The garage is set up as the laundry room / game room, there is also a ping pong table located next to the pool seating area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. Jeromie, one of the hosts, was absolutely amazing—always attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The pool area was so relaxing and a great place to spend time together. My family and I truly had an amazing experience and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend! 🌟

Fantastic home with all new everything. Appliances, floors, paint, remodeled bathrooms. Great saltwater pool overlooking the canal with a large covered seating area and lanai. Outdoor TV and ping pong table keep us busy all week. Marisa was quick to respond to any needs we had. If I stay in Cape Coral again I would definitely rent here again.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. I love property's that are well decorated but also feel like a home and this did just that. You had everything that made you feel at home. Bonus for having Mango trees right in your backyard, they were delicious! I can not stress enough how great Jeromie and Marisa were. They were extremely helpful and very communicative which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay, you won't be disappointed.
