Good to know
The house has 2 King Primary bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. Also two queen bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. One full bathroom in common area. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms total. There are TV's in both king primary bedrooms, one queen bedroom, as well as a 75" TV in the main living area. There is also a TV in the outdoor seating area next to the pool. The pool is a heated salt water pool, large enough to accommodate all guests. Beach towels and sun loungers are provided for pool area use. There is also a tiki bar and outdoor dining area. The garage is set up as the laundry room / game room, there is also a ping pong table located next to the pool seating area.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. I love property's that are well decorated but also feel like a home and this did just that. You had everything that made you feel at home. Bonus for having Mango trees right in your backyard, they were delicious! I can not stress enough how great Jeromie and Marisa were. They were extremely helpful and very communicative which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay, you won't be disappointed.

The house is beautiful with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The
Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and stocked with supplies. The pool deck was a great space overlooking the water. We all enjoyed the ping pong, giant connect 4 and ample pool floats. The grill made dinner prep perfect. The neighborhood was super quiet and safe to walk the dogs. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Marisa’s home! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially loved the cozy outdoor patio by the waterfront— perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening while the kids swam in the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for restful nights. 10/10.

I rented the house for a family get together for my daughter’s graduation. The home was beautiful and in an ideal location. It was exceptionally clean and comfortably decorated. Pool was perfect temperature and plenty of sitting. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable! Very spacious. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room. I would recommend it highly! If I were to have another get together this is the home I would look for first. Thank you so much to the hosts!!

We had a great time here. The home fully met our expectations and then some. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We made great use of the pool, ping pong table, and dock out back. Parked my boat at the dock and was able to get out to the river in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely rent here again.

Our group of 10 extended family members had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool and patio area was perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. The location on the canal and the neighborhood was lovely and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms easily accommodated our group. Marrisa was super friendly and responded promptly to all communications. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect too, close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay. Our hosts communicated very well and we had an easy check in. Great home with all the amenities and supplies we needed and a kitchen with everything necessary to cook and grill. It looks very recently remodeled and was beautiful inside. The highlight was the pool and lanai! It’s just like it looks in the pictures. Good size pool, comfortably heated and a living room like area with TV which was great for spending the evenings outdoors. We definitely recommend and would stay there again. 5 stars+!

We had an amazing time at this place! It looks even better in person and is full of light, cheery decor, and the floors and bathroom were spotless.
The heated salt pool was a big hit with our kids, they swam for hours each day. And we enjoyed watching a couple of movies on the TV outdoors in the lanai.
There were lots of choices for bedrooms, and all of the beds were very comfortable.
We didn't need to use the boat amenities but found the canal peaceful in the morning and with a nice view.
Marisa and Jeromie were always quick to answer, helpful, and it was easy to check-in and check-out.
Thank you for providing the space for such a great and memorable vacation.
