As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and welcoming interior that includes a large kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. The open concept living room features comfortable seating and a huge flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping, day at the beach or exploring Sanibel and Captiva Island. One of the highlights of this home is the private enclosed lanai, complete with a private pool. The lanai is the perfect spot to cool off on hot days or to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful South Fort Myers weather. The home has three bedrooms, the master and queen bedrooms its own flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. This vacation home in South Fort Myers offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, that is why we have guests after guests returning to our beautiful home. House Rules
Absolutely NO Parties or Smoking in the House!! There is a garage but PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE GARAGE. This space is available for Guests to use, and we do not want the smell of Car Fumes or Oil Dripping in the Garage!

We wanted to inform you that our properties have recently been affected by Hurricane Ian. Please be assured that we are working diligently to clean up the exterior space, including the lower unit and the road to the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. We understand that some guests may have specific preferences and expectations when it comes to their vacation rental experience. If you have very particular requirements, we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to restore the property to its usual high standards. However, if you have particularly high standards and expectations, we kindly suggest that our property may not be the best fit for your vacation at this time during our recovery from Hurricane Ian.
