ONE FUN STAY

This was our first time using Airbnb and it did not disappoint. This was a great location and perfect accommodations for our July 4th vacation. Stepping inside, we were greeted by an airy open floor plan—bright living room, spacious living room area, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Soft, pastel tones throughout the space created a relaxing, beach-house vibe that felt both elegant and easygoing. This Seashell Palms delivered a top-tier stay—beautifully styled, meticulously clean, and wonderfully hosted. We left feeling satisfied and extremely happy with our Airbnb choice . Highly recommended for anyone seeking a Florida getaway!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. I love property's that are well decorated but also feel like a home and this did just that. You had everything that made you feel at home. Bonus for having Mango trees right in your backyard, they were delicious! I can not stress enough how great Jeromie and Marisa were. They were extremely helpful and very communicative which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay, you won't be disappointed.

We stumbled upon this listing while the air bnb we were residing at had a broken A/C. With an infant and dog , we needed to find a new air bnb and quick ! Jeromie & Marisa responded to us within minutes of our inquiry and allowed us early check in an hour from our inquiry . Their home was welcoming and felt like home. They checked in on us after check in to assure we didn’t need anything . We will be rebooking when we come back!!

The house is beautiful with everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The Kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated and stocked with supplies. The pool deck was a great space overlooking the water. We all enjoyed the ping pong, giant connect 4 and ample pool floats. The grill made dinner prep perfect. The neighborhood was super quiet and safe to walk the dogs. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing experience staying at Marisa’s home! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. I especially loved the cozy outdoor patio by the waterfront— perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening while the kids swam in the pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable, which made for restful nights. 10/10.

This property is lovely and beautifully decorated. We were in town for a wedding and our family friends own a home in the same neighborhood. We were able to spend so much quality time with them, and the location was central for all of our activities - beach walks, dining out, grocery store runs, and scuba diving to name a few. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils that made it easy to prepare breakfast and lunch at home. The outdoor pool was refreshing and we had all the towels we needed for our many swims. Jeromie and Marisa were very responsive and flexible when our travel plans shifted slightly. We highly recommend this spot!

The place was awesome. Absolutely perfect stay for our annual fishing trip. Very close to lots of restaurants and fun attractions. On our relaxed days, we had fun hanging by the pool. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

We had a great short stay! The place was very clean and surprisingly baby-friendly—not much within reach for little hands, which was a big relief. The pool was wonderful, and the amenities and kitchen supplies made everything easy. The host was quick to respond and went above and beyond by helping return an important item we left behind. Highly recommend!

I rented the house for a family get together for my daughter’s graduation. The home was beautiful and in an ideal location. It was exceptionally clean and comfortably decorated. Pool was perfect temperature and plenty of sitting. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were so comfortable! Very spacious. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of room. I would recommend it highly! If I were to have another get together this is the home I would look for first. Thank you so much to the hosts!!

We had a great time here. The home fully met our expectations and then some. The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. We made great use of the pool, ping pong table, and dock out back. Parked my boat at the dock and was able to get out to the river in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely rent here again.
