Jeromies place is exactly as described and EVEN BETTER! Such cool beach house vibes. My family and I stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and were very comfortable about to house 5 adults and one child. Perfect proximity to Ft. Myers Beach/Sanibel Island/Captiva while also being not too far from downtown Ft. Myers. We will definitely look to rebook here next time we visit the area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. Jeromie, one of the hosts, was absolutely amazing—always attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The pool area was so relaxing and a great place to spend time together. My family and I truly had an amazing experience and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend! 🌟

Fantastic home with all new everything. Appliances, floors, paint, remodeled bathrooms. Great saltwater pool overlooking the canal with a large covered seating area and lanai. Outdoor TV and ping pong table keep us busy all week. Marisa was quick to respond to any needs we had. If I stay in Cape Coral again I would definitely rent here again.

We stayed at this home in the past and it was absolutely amazing. Very private and beautiful backyard space. Convenient parking and lots of things to do. Great location for the beach. Jeromie was very gracious and responsive to any request. We will certainly stay in lovely home again.

This is a very wonderful place to stay, you get the comfort of home but feel like you are at the beach at the same time. It is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, and very well stocked. We had an emergency with a previous place we booked 2 days into our 8 day trip and they were absolutely fantastic with helping us with new accommodations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a host! We look forward to future trips and booking with them again! Thank you again for being so awesome!

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean and convenient to everything. The pool was a bonus and great to keep our 10 year old granddaughter happy. The beaches on Sanibel are beautiful but get there early as parking fills up quickly. Great restaurants close to the house.

I don’t know where to start, I’ve been to this place before and went again because it feels like I am at Home, I love cooking, swimming, resting, watching tv, walking… there are restaurants nearby, markets, everything you need is close by, the people are very friendly and the neighborhood is respectful. It is one of the places that we will definitely repeat again and of course, the Hosts Jeromie and Marisa, they respond you very quickly in all your needs and are very attentive. Thanks for all you do❤️

Our little family truly had a great time. Our 3 yr old son loved hanging out in the pool with us. The house was stocked with the essentials you could need for a short trip away and the beds were very comfortable especially after spending most of our day in the pool. We really liked how cozy the home felt and that just made everything extra special. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We hope to be back one day.

This was our first time using Airbnb and it did not disappoint. This was a great location and perfect accommodations for our July 4th vacation. Stepping inside, we were greeted by an airy open floor plan—bright living room, spacious living room area, and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. Soft, pastel tones throughout the space created a relaxing, beach-house vibe that felt both elegant and easygoing. This Seashell Palms delivered a top-tier stay—beautifully styled, meticulously clean, and wonderfully hosted. We left feeling satisfied and extremely happy with our Airbnb choice . Highly recommended for anyone seeking a Florida getaway!

This property was absolutely gorgeous. I love property's that are well decorated but also feel like a home and this did just that. You had everything that made you feel at home. Bonus for having Mango trees right in your backyard, they were delicious! I can not stress enough how great Jeromie and Marisa were. They were extremely helpful and very communicative which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this stay, you won't be disappointed.
