Situated in a quiet neighborhood- this house was so clean and spacious! It was perfect for our group and exactly as pictured with modern updates to the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms. The outdoor living area with pool was huge and so nice to have. The kids enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral.

We had a really nice stay! It was a great location with about 30 minutes from beaches including Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. The set up of the house was perfect for us and accommodated 8 adults and 2 children. We loved the pool and outdoor area. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this Air B & B to anyone staying in the Cape Coral!

Great space for our family of eight, including two small grandchildren. Loved the setting on the water, the pool, the spacious bedrooms and big-screen TVs all around. Very convenient to various restaurants and groceries in the area. Jeremy and Marisa were quick to address to a couple of small issues. We left Cape Coral with a very positive impression.

Had an absolutely beautiful week at this home and me and all my friends had a blast ! The pool is awesome the beds were super comfy all around this was one of the funnest air bnbs I’ve had and will definitely be back ! Thank you to the hosts for being awesome and very helpful with anything and had a fast response to anything we needed. If your planning a friends trip to the cape you need this house ! Jeromies place is exactly as described and EVEN BETTER! Such cool beach house vibes. My family and I stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday and were very comfortable about to house 5 adults and one child. Perfect proximity to Ft. Myers Beach/Sanibel Island/Captiva while also being not too far from downtown Ft. Myers. We will definitely look to rebook here next time we visit the area.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking super easy and enjoyable. Jeromie, one of the hosts, was absolutely amazing—always attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. The pool area was so relaxing and a great place to spend time together. My family and I truly had an amazing experience and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend! 🌟

This is a very wonderful place to stay, you get the comfort of home but feel like you are at the beach at the same time. It is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, and very well stocked. We had an emergency with a previous place we booked 2 days into our 8 day trip and they were absolutely fantastic with helping us with new accommodations. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as a host! We look forward to future trips and booking with them again! Thank you again for being so awesome!

I don’t know where to start, I’ve been to this place before and went again because it feels like I am at Home, I love cooking, swimming, resting, watching tv, walking… there are restaurants nearby, markets, everything you need is close by, the people are very friendly and the neighborhood is respectful. It is one of the places that we will definitely repeat again and of course, the Hosts Jeromie and Marisa, they respond you very quickly in all your needs and are very attentive. Thanks for all you do❤️

Our little family truly had a great time. Our 3 yr old son loved hanging out in the pool with us. The house was stocked with the essentials you could need for a short trip away and the beds were very comfortable especially after spending most of our day in the pool. We really liked how cozy the home felt and that just made everything extra special. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We hope to be back one day.

We stumbled upon this listing while the air bnb we were residing at had a broken A/C. With an infant and dog , we needed to find a new air bnb and quick ! Jeromie & Marisa responded to us within minutes of our inquiry and allowed us early check in an hour from our inquiry . Their home was welcoming and felt like home. They checked in on us after check in to assure we didn’t need anything . We will be rebooking when we come back!!
